backgroundStandards & Learning
Primarily serving Title I schools - Dream A World Education empowers children by using multi-disciplinary arts to develop critical thinking, social literacy and cultural understanding. Our "Secrets of The Heart" programming has been running in schools throughout the LAUSD since 2008. It is the only program of its kind that begins in kindergarten. Our exceptional professional artist/educators address the whole child by fostering greater self-awareness and creating a clear link between the arts and self-expression, values and the choices a child makes in everyday life. Founded by Grammy award-winner Bunny Hull, Dream A World’s programs, performances and award-winning resources originated in 1994.

Secrets of the Heart links arts with key life concepts - friendship, kindness, gratitude and imagination. Grammy Award winner Bunny Hull and her team offer a one-time 45 minute interactive performance coupled with the pre and post study guides, that inspire children through music, dance, theatre and visual arts to connect with and explore key concepts which link with early elementary curriculum. Pre and post study guides support a deeper exploration into arts disciplines and key concepts.
